• a. Maintenance agreement includes 3 design changes for quarterly contract and 12 design changes for annual that may be used at any time of their contract.
  • i. Design changes include: Video – Audio – Informational sheet – Coupon
  • ii. Complete site rebuild and Infographic are NOT included in agreement and is billable at the rate indicated on pricing sheet.
  • b. Creative changes must be initiated by the Operations.
  • c. Sharefile link must be sent from operations to client
  • d. Operations to add files to client folder on server
  • e. OPERATIONS TO DETERMINE IF CREATIVE CHANGE IS INCLUDED AS PART OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT OR BILLABLE AS “OPTIONAL REDESIGN”

  • f. Operations to send creative change to Design and Accounting – must be a Work Order/Revision Sheet
